What is Hyper Reality?
Hyper Reality is a result of virtually simulated environments combined with physical elements. It allows you to move just as you would in real life: fight with your arms, kick with your legs, and touch with your hands. It is immersion at the highest level.

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments for groups up to 10 players can be made by clicking on the BOOK NOW button on the top corner and choosing the appropriate option. For groups with more than 10 players, please email us at or message us on our contact form
What is the maximum group size?
We recommend a maximum group size of 20 players for standard booking. We will divide the group into smaller teams which will rotate between different experience stations. We are also able to host larger groups, please message us on our contact form and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Our experience is for anyone looking to have a good time. Our customers range from families to students to business professionals. We also host birthday parties and teambuilding events.
What is the Flagship Experience?
Our most popular option is the Mirage VR Flagship Experience which includes both Sherwood Forest and Dragonfire. Sherwood Forest is also offered as a standalone experience, Dragonfire is currently only available with the Flagship Experience. Learn more here.

How long are the experiences?
The Flagship Experience Package is 50 minutes. We also have a shorter experience for 30 minutes.
How much does it cost?
Our most popular Flagship Experience Package is $30/player + HST. We offer a shorter experience Sherwood Forest for $20/player + HST.
Are there any age requirements to play?
To ensure quality experience, we require players to be age 10+ or at least 48 “ (1.2 m) tall.
What should I wear?
Wear clothing that is suitable for walking around and movement.
Can I wear glasses?
Glasses may be worn during the experience, but we recommend wearing contact lenses on the day of your reservation. To find out if your glasses will fit, read more here.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hour notice - 100% refund
24 hour notice - 100% store credit or 50% refund
Less than 24 hours notice - no refund
